What data we process and why

This website has no forms and does not ask for your data. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you send us: your name, phone number, message and, if you send them, photos or dimensions. We use them only to answer your request and prepare a quote.

Legal basis

We process the data to respond to your request and to prepare a quote at your request (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), as well as for the legitimate interest of answering the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep the data

As long as needed to resolve your request and, if a contract is concluded, as long as the applicable legal obligations require.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by the app provider (Meta Platforms), according to its policy. Links to Facebook, WhatsApp, Google Maps and ANPC lead to third-party websites with their own policies. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may technically process the IP address to deliver pages and for security.
